Help Wanted: Powder Coat Line Supervisor Requirements/Qualifications:
• HS Diploma or GED required
• 5 years’ experience painting with dry powder coating
• Experience within steel fabrication industry
• Experience within powder coating-manual process and automated line
• Experience managing and leading 10+employees at a time
• Eye for detail and strong organizational skills
• Flexibility with hours as needed
• Understanding reading micrometer, caliper & tape measurement
• Be able to push through a project with dedication, quality, & consistency
• Gema Product knowledge (a plus)
